Hi a few of questions regarding BC.

1 Once the bank has been reconciled, is there any way to view the statements that have been reconciled?

2  Once a VAT Statment has been calculated, settled and posted. Is there any way to view the posted VAT statements ?

3 Can i change the date on a posted purchase invoice?  or do i have to reverse and repost the invoice?

4 Do i need to have a Microsoft Exchange account to send emails from BC?

Thank you for any help.

I have the same question (0)

If you go to the Bank Acct. Reconciliation page you can see posted statements.

For VAT you can run the report again on closed VAT entries and get the same report as original report.

You have to  reverse and report your invoice to change it.

You do not need exchange server. You can use any mail system with smtp support but Office 365 will give you the best experience.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi

    Thank you for your answers

1 I have searched the Bank Acct Reconciliation page, i cannot find the posted statement tabs.

Can you give me more details or post a screen shot please.

2 If i re run the VAT return with closed entries for the period it will not include the entries that were included in that particular period that were from the prior period ( ie late invoices dated in the previous period)

    Thanks

    Hello,

Related to your question, you can have a look here:

    www.youtube.com/watch

Before posting you can run a test report and you can do a post and print.

    Thanks.
