Hi
I have email and also test the testmail box in the mailbox UI. I am able to send and receive mail when using testMailBox.
But when i try to send from workflow, from and to address are name, Mail is not receiving from my end.
Could you please anyone guide how to do it?

Check the status of the Email in advanced if its pending then issue with CRM, if its send then the mail is not recieved means check the email router configuartion also.

The first thing to check is whether the email is sent from CRM. Check the status of the email record - if it's 'Sent', then CRM is working fine, but if it's anything else (e.g. 'Pending Send'), then the issue is in CRM. If the email is sent from CRM, then the issue will be somewhere in the email system - it may be that the email is caught by a spam filter
