Complaints about Microsoft 365 billing

Last Sunday (September 29, 2024), I purchased a Microsoft 365 package (for 1 user and 1 computer). I paid in full with Sacombank Visa card number 4221510793378111 from Account number 050117624398 Account holder: Pham Minh Tan. I have not yet received the download link: Microsoft 365 license and product key.
Today, my account (tanbagia@outlook.com) also does not show the above Microsoft 365 purchase transaction. Please, Microsoft experts, fix the errors in your service, so that I can enjoy the full benefits when purchasing the Microsoft 365 package. Thank you!
