I tried to understand the explanation for Personal contact eligibility.
I tried to find Personal contact eligibility Option when creating new Personal contact but cannot find.
Please help me explain,

Thank you for your reply, however, it is not answer my question.
It it written on docs that you could select Eligibility option on Personal contact, but i cannot find this option.
Also i'm trying to understand the impact of this setup, but cannot see the result showing anywhere on benefit plan.
