FYI, our organisation has been using Survey Monkey for anonymous surveys and responses for a few years now. We are actively considering Customer Voice as a replacement to Survey Monkey and bearing in mind that I don't know much of Customer Voice, I have a few questions which I thought would be best answered by users, as follows:
1. How difficult is it to import/convert past Survey Monkey surveys (ie, questions and answers) into Customer Voice?
2. Is it possible to add descriptive/help text below a survey question (ie, to explain what a question is really, etc)?
