Ability to import/convert Survey Monkey surveys in Customer Voice

Hello All,

FYI, our organisation has been using Survey Monkey for anonymous surveys and responses for a few years now. We are actively considering Customer Voice as a replacement to Survey Monkey and bearing in mind that I don't know much of Customer Voice, I have a few questions which I thought would be best answered by users, as follows:

1. How difficult is it to import/convert past Survey Monkey surveys (ie, questions and answers) into Customer Voice?

2. Is it possible to add descriptive/help text below a survey question (ie, to explain what a question is really, etc)?

    Hi Michael,

    1. Customer Voice is a simple yet powerful tool for surveys, the capability to design the survey is as simple as click and choose (with recommendations provided on question, answer choices etc) helping to be productive from the get to. So should be fairly easy and fast to create surveys in Customer Voice.

      2. Yes there is an option to add sub title from the triple dots for the question (see picture below).

    Thanks for your prompt response. I am happy with your answer to my Q2 so thank you again.

    As for your answer to my Q1 above, I should have been clearer. I wanted to know whether it is possible to export Survey Monkey questions/answers and import it all in Customer Voice. The reason for this question is because our organisation has several years' worth of Survey Monkey surveys with questions/answers and for historical comparison purposes, we would like to be able to analyse the results in Customer Voice only as opposed to from Survey Monkey and Customer Voice. Thank you.
