Hi,
In Outlook, Dynamics 365 App for Outlook has been showing the following error for some time:
Track and Set Regarding are currently disabled. To use these features, please contact your admin. You can still view and interact with your Dynamics 365 data.
When I go to the advanced settings of Dynamics 365, I have the message:
Dynamics 365 for Outlook Deprecated. You are using the deprecated Dynamics 365 for Outlook. Please upgrade to Dynamics 365 App for Outlook before Oct. 1, 2020.
However I cannot find how to perform this update. The status of Dynamics 365 apps in my environment does not offer an update for Dynamics 365 App for Outlook.
Could you help me please.
Additional information:
I already deployed Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. So I don't understand why I have an alert (in advanced settings) telling me that I am using the deprecated Outlook COM add-in. Version that I never deployed. Curious!
