error show when trying to see contacts.

Yesterday , i edited form adding some new fields then save+publish form.

After that it showed error like this. Could you please advise how to fix it

hi,

can you always replicate this issue ? as you get error with detailed ActivityID, we would like suggest you raise an internal for microsoft support team to check the backend trace.

Did you do some customization on contact entity ?

This looks like code issue. you may need to update your code.

Thanks Anthony.

I did add a field to contact entity then save+publish the form after that it showed this error. I will try to contact Microsoft support team then.
