Encore Recurring Billing

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any way to import our existing contracting billing info into Encore Recurring Billing?  Perhaps there is an Excel template where customer ID, contract number, frequency, and line item info (quantity, item, amount) could be entered and them imported in?  I am hoping to save a lot of time this way.  Otherwise, I will need to key in all this info and that will be very time consuming!

    I think you can import those transaction into GP by creating eConnect application with using the schemas PAContractBillingCycleType and PAContractsType. I am not sure whether this fulfill your requirement, just try to create a sample eConnect application or create sample integration from Integration Manager to test your requirement.

    According to Encore, they have a Subscription Billing Importer that can be used to update or import a contract so I would be going back to them and asking.  It is out on their website.  I've used their recurring billing and it is a great module.  Saved lots of time.
