I am using the latest version of Dynamics 365.
We require the ability to be able to go into a Contact and see which Marketing List they are a member of. This is achievable by using a subgrid for related Marketing Lists.
However, only Static lists are on display. We also need to be able to see Dynamic lists.
The failure seems to be with 'Only Related Records' option we have on as seen in the screenshot:
If I change this to 'All Record Types', I get Dynamic lists coming through but these are obviously not related to the contact and therefore, irrelevant.
Can anybody advise on how I can get Dynamic lists the contact is member of to be displayed in a sub-grid?
Cheers,
Aidan

I have the same question (0)Hello Aidan,
I don't think you can achieve it using regular customization.
I have a question - why do you need it and how do you plan to use fact if record belongs to Dynamic Marketing List?
