Dear D365 community,
Since few month the behavior of /Print mangement/ has been changed by the release of new print management actions:
We used to manage the destination of our invoices as follow:
If users want to send the invoice by email they will tick /Use print management destination/ at invoice generation.
If users want to see their invoice and download it they do not tick /Use print management destination/ and the default behavior apply.
The setup was quite simple, we just had to change the print management to /Email/:
Since the latest update the check box /Use print management destination/ available at the document generation does not have any impact anymore.
It seems no matter our setup it will always print the invoice on our screen.
The only way I found to make print management setup to be working is once the invoice is generate click on /View -> Print management/.
Do you happen to notice the same behavior on your D365 deployments ?
Did you find any solution as to how the /Use print mangement destination/ is working now ?
I've been deploying AX2012 and D365 for more than ten years and I have always use this checkbox for sending mails.
