Reverse Finalized Purchase Order

I have finalized a group of purchase orders by mistake.  They now need revisions.  How do I reverse this operation?

    Hi,
    You cannot perform any transactions on the existing PO. Create a new purchase order and reverse the purchase order transactions. This should reverse the entries in the system at the transactional level and at the accounting level.
