Mapping only one entity while Unification Process

Hello Experts, 

I am new to Customer insights platform!

Can we have single entity that can create unified customer profile rather than minimum of 2.

I am having file which contains all attributes of customer and don't need anything from other entity in that case, Data unification process should allow to run with single entity to populate customer profile but by default at least 2 entities are required!

Any reason for same! any thoughts!

    Hi Vineet,

    Currently data unification (Map, Match, Merge) requires at least 2 entities / tables.

    We have a work item on the backlog to allow the process with a single table entity, but don't have a release target for this capability as yet.

    As a workaround, create a second entity with a several customers, and you can progress forward for now.
