We have performed product receipt activity against a Purchase Order, but system did not update inventory.

What exact item model group are you using? Is it a stocked product? What values were entered for posting the product receipt?

Yes it is stocked product. We entered document date and product receipt id
Did you get any errors? Can you share some more background information and/or screenshots?
Was the PO raised against a project, or was it to inventory?
What do you see when you inquire under purchase orders/history/product receipt - or go to item transactions and filter by reference type "Purchase order" ?
No, we did not get any error. There are many other items with same Item Model Group whose on hand gets updated when we receive them. For this particular item, inventory not updated. Which screenshot do you want
Can you check if the PO line has the status received or quantities received on it? What exact parameters did you specify when posting the product receipt? Was it based on "Quantity now" or a different setting?
