Since the 2016 Spring release you can configure the data that is cached

The created data will be stored as cache and will create a 'Draft Record' on your tablet. See screenshot below. When you go back online you need to open the draft record and submit it.

so the data created while offline is stored somewhere in the application in the mobile device waiting for the user to reconnect again so it will be send to the DataBase, right?

"Cache" is not an entity.  Caching is a generic term in which data is stored in a temporary method.

I don't know exactly how this is done for the mobile app, but I suspect that when disconnected, the CRM app stores the data in a local data file in an XML or JSON format (others more knowledgeable than me could answer that).   When the app reconnects, it takes the local data and then updates the CRM system.    The article I referenced above also states that the data is NOT encrypted.

    Hope this helps.

    Does this info help?

    From: www.microsoft.com/.../work-offline-in-crm-for-phones-and-tablets.aspx

The records you’ve recently used are kept on your mobile device, and are also known as cached data. Cached data is specific to your device, so if you use both the phone and tablet apps, the cached data on each device will be different, depending on the records you’ve viewed on each one.

    Hello,

When you install Offline Client for CRM along with it SQL Express edition is installed. This DB is used for offline work.
