Error: Marketing new Segment Designer is not responding

Hi,

I'm trying to create a segment with new segment designer (2019 updates wave 2) but it keeps on loading segment meta data.

    Hi is there any way i can get some visibility from Microsoft re this as we have exact same issue and our ms support tech seems to be walking us in circles..

    Hi Dilyana,

    Yes i can go live with other entities, I'm facing this issue only on segment. I think I also need to create a ticket with Microsoft.

    This is no long term solution but 1) what browser are you using? and 2) have you tried refreshing the whole page (not just the segment area)?  I've found many places where functionality just stops working and I have to refresh the entire page.

    Hi,

    As I explained in icm.ad.msft.net/.../home

    you have disabled LoadSegmentProfilesMetadata

    this plugin needs to be enabled again.

    Hi @Fariha Asmat,

    Can you go live with other entities?  We couldn't. And we did get the same screen you are getting.

    We raised a ticket with MS and it got fixed in less than a day.
