Hi All,
Please let me know the use of Batch email sending status form. I have records more than 40K. what is the impact if I delete any records.
I am going to enable email parameters with proper SMTP configurations like user name and password in DEV machine . It was not configured. I got a new requirement and I need to test email notifications with the new requirement. But I don't want to send mails to these workflow alerts and notifications. Please let me know how to stop it and I want to test my requirement only. Thanks in advance.

The batch email sending status serves as a log to show you history. Deleting this in your dev environment should not cause any issue.
To test your requirement, you can use the Test email functionality to verify your new SMTP setup.
