Hi -

Below is the use case I am stuck with , we have created a transfer and marked the warehouse as in-transit, below is the use case :

1- Created a Warehouse WH-MAIN and entered the opening balances in it.
2- Created two more Warehouses WH-NORTH and WH-SOUTH.
3- Created Transfer Order from WH-MAIN to WH-NORTH and also mentioned WH-MAIN as transit warehouse.
4- Generated shipment for the Transfer Order.

now the system is not letting me close the transfer , when I go and put adjustment on WH-MAIN to fix the inventory , the system gives error that this is transit warehouse and entry cannot be done.

Is there a way to clear this transfer order by front end workaround or customizartion ?

Why do you have opening balance in the WS-MAIN ? The in-transit location is only used for in-progress transfer order. You can't do adjustment in there.

If you want to fix the WS-MAIN, you need to clear all the open transfer order with WS-MAIN as in-transit, go to the WS-MAIN location, and remove the in-transit setting. You can then adjust it.
