SL Crashes when trying to attach a file to any screen

Hi.

We can't attach files to SL screens, as system crashes whenever we do it, no matter which screen is involved.

Hot Fix HSL2015CU1_34949SY has been installed. And SAFMenuStrip.dll was reinstalled.

Have any one faced the same problem ?

We are running SL 2015 CU1.
