How to add description below the page title?

How to add a text description visible on the page below the page title/header? I mean the blue title visible on each of the pages. It sounds like a simple thing, but I searched a few properties, but found nothing like it.

I need it for customized pageswhere you would like to have a few sentences about what this page does, and what column means or how are calculated, etc.

Not entirely sure what you mean but ToolTipML may be closest to what you need.

Did you check Page 20 with function GetCaption, this is what you are looking into.

I see the page and the function, but if that's the function, then I'm unsure how to use it somewhere else. I have only limited license.
