Auto Capture emails untracked in CRM

With the Auto Capture feature some of the untracked emails are not valid and need to be removed from the timeline. Is there any way to remove the one's you do not wish to track?

    There is no direct way to remove specific auto-captured emails from the timeline
     
    Your only real controls are:
    • Disable Auto Capture
    • Restrict relevance rules
    • Switch to manual tracking

    you cannot selectively delete or permanently remove individual untracked Auto Capture emails from the timeline. However, you can hide them, prevent future ones, or delete them once they become tracked, depending on the scenario.
    Auto Capture does not create real Email activity records in Dataverse.
    Instead, it shows private “email suggestions” on the timeline which is only visible only to the user , pulled from Outlook mailbox metadata and it does not store in CRM until you explicitly Track them and because they are not CRM records, they cannot be deleted individually like normal emails .
     
    I would suggest to tighten auto capture rules like :
    • Limit capture duration (last X days) ( this will only affect future suggestions) 
    • Reduce entities involved (Contact / Lead / Opportunity)
    • Disable Auto Capture for specific security roles
    • Turn off Auto Capture entirely if noise outweighs benefit
