Purchase Requisition "Remove" & Procurement Category Access

Are there any roles in dynamics finance and operations that allows to edit "Procurement Category" inside of a purchase requisition line.

I notice I cannot edit or change the field once the requisition has been submitted. As well is there a way to enable the remove function inside of the module.

See screenshots below. Ex: this requisition is in the review stage and I have enabled edit mode however, I cannot edit the requisition line.

Purchase Requisition "Remove" & Procurement Category Access

This is because the PR has been submitted to workflow, to change it you will need to recall it from workflow, make the change and then submit it again.
