Dynamics CRM Portal - error when call OData APIs

I have working with Dynamics Portal, and use OData APIs to get CDS Data related to Entities (i.e Contacts). Since last 2 days ,I got an error while calling OData APIs

Note : I Have Enabled Entity MetaData for Entities. This is not specific to any entities but a general.

CRM Environment: Sandbox.

Is there any single point configuration from Dynamics CRM or Dynamic Portal, from where I could make it enable again or this could be an issue from Server Side API.

Hello,

The error provided is not so informative so I would recommend getting in touch with Microsoft Support and open the support incident.
