EP URL is not working without VPN or with external URL if we change the default company.

Are you able to access EP with external URL?
For the internal url, you will always need to be connected to VPN so that the domain is authenticated.
From which location do you want to access EP?

How can I access it for all the companies.

Do you have a section in the URL with '&WCMP=<default company>'? If so, you can change change this section to change to the other company you want to view.'

We have multiple locations.
Suppose I am in INDIA and my team members are in UK.
I want to approve their leave request on EP portal. My default company is India and to approve leaves i have to switch my company to UK in EP.
When i am changing it to UK in external URL , its redirecting to Internal URL.
And one more thing if i am changing company in External URL by just changing the &WCMP=IND to UK its working fine.

Can anyone suggest what is the issue with the above case.
I have not used the portal with multiple legal entities and external URLs. It was in many cases via VPN in the past to access from another location. You can probably save favorites to a landing page of the EP per legal entity?
You can also search on LCS issue search if there is a known issue and fix available.
