Hi,

How do I convert a smartlist chart of account so that its acceptable by IM and then I integrate it to another company.I am saving smart list excel file as CSV or Tab delimited but when I add the source and pickup the file and click on columns. The columns dont show up even after clicking apply button and refreshing the columns.

That's strange. Try opening the file in notepad and compare with the "Accounts.txt" sample file that comes with IM.

    RomRyan,

If you are saving the COA as a CSV or Tab Delimited file you must correctly identify the file type when adding a new source to Integration Manager.  You should also make sure you're add a New Text Source in IM - there can be issues with modifying existing sources.
