Hi Guys,
Unable to print the receipt using OPOS installed printer Epson TM-T20III.
This is a very unique issue of its nature.
Following are the details:
1. Dedicated Hardware station is attached to the store.
2. MPOS and All Jobs are operational.
3. EPSON's OPOS drivers are installed successfully.
4. The test page is available on demand.
5. Upon printing the receipt, following error appears:

7. The uniqueness of this issue resides in a very strange behavior. Since, the MPOS application gave error on receipt printing as shown above, so we expected that the printer is not working at all. However, once we clicked on X-Report, it printed it in a go. Also, we closed the shift and it printed the Z-Report.
We have tried all the methods to get rid of the issue but still all in vain.!!!
Can someone tell us where the problem is?
