Dear All,

Now I and my team try to do prototype for approval process in D365 but users for appoval is top management level and they feel uncomfortable to access D365 for approve, they prefer approve by email or team but with this concept we don't want to create double job for users to fullfill data in a system.

This is existing process that I do now.
1.We setup Manage my alert with a criteria( with this prototype I try to create a basic rule to alert to my power automate)

2. I created basic sales order(But in criteria I would like to trick when user click some button to request approval)

3.After That I start to do power automate with this tricker

4.After I process until got approved/Reject then I update (basic)back to(test in) D365

5. In fact I need to update like press confirm now in this page.

With this prototype I have 2 obstacles that wish all of you can guide me how to do?
1. Can I do a button and create event /On click/ then send a tricker in my power automate?
2. When we got approved how I update in D365 like press /confirm now/?

Please advise.

These answers make no sense to me. You surely can trigger a flow from F&O and you can approve a workflow. Calling Power Automate Desktop makes no sense when we're talking about a cloud system and have all the necessary APIs.

You'll have a plenty of better information on internet; e.g. Business events and workflow approvals in F&O documentation.
