Condition in Calculation Model does not save custom Business Travel Type

Hi Team,

I created a custom calculation model for Scope 3.6 Business Travel. I inserted a condition to select the right business travel type (which is also custom). The custom business travel type is not displayed in the value list (first screenshot). However, when I start typing it gets displayed and I'm also able to choose it (second screenshot).

But then again, when saving the calculation model it does not save the value and the field gets emptied.
Is this a known behaviour? We work with a lot of custom reference data and need those in our calculation models.

Thanks and cheers,
Lea

Condition in Calculation Model does not save custom Business Travel Type
    Hi all,

my app version is the same as the two mentioned in the replies - 2.30.0.1234.

Using the workaround with Power fx it did save the condition and it also calculated the emissions, so the calculation profile was able to use the condition right.
Nevertheless, when I change it back from Power fx to the normal view within the condition, the field gets emptied again.

Condition in Calculation Model does not save custom Business Travel Type
    Hello,
I have the same issue too. In my situation, even though the reference data is default one, it still doesn't display in the list, when I tried to find it by simply searching through keyboard I could see and selected it but after saving the model it automatically removes inside of the condition. I had to use power fx formula. I followed the same steps as KerryRJ, it didn't recognize the formula ends with msdyn_name and gave an error as below:
    ,
So I transformed it to the version written without name as below:
I didn't get error, I could save the model and it didn't remove the formula. However, when I run the calculation profile, it excluded all the activity data it should calculate. Condition step can't be recognized by the model and profile. My app version is also the same as KerryRJ.

    Hi Lea

I have encountered this in other activity calculation models and use Power Fx experience as a workaround in the interim.

I select the Field, Operator and Value.
Then enable the Power FX experience checkbox
And finally change the Define calculation to

Condition in Calculation Model does not save custom Business Travel Type
    Hi Lea

Well, I think the scenario is supported.
I created a new calc model for Business Travel (3.6), and added 2 new business travel types (Vanya's travel and one like yours Bahn - Nahverkehr).
Bot showed up just fine in the Condition node, and I was able to select and save it

Which app version are you on? Even though I don't believe there has been any change like this in the area.

I suggest you log a support ticket so the team can troubleshoot together with you on your environment.
