HR ATTENDANCE SETUP

My client is using a clocking system that is not linked to GP and they are not paid on hourly rate their salaries are fixed so i would like to know if it necessary to set employee attendance in that regard,i would also like to know if it is necessary to setup leave accruals if their  leaves are fixed and not accrued on monthly basis and also their leaves are maintained in a different system.

    Hi Julia,

    If leaves and accruals are all maintained in a different system, and available balances to not need to be displayed on the paystubs, there would be no reason to set up attendance.
