Project Timewriting, Stop/Start Time Bug

Hello all,

I think I have encountered a very strange issue that I cannot find any information on, and cannot replicate it outside of a single user encountering it.

Issue

In project timesheets, the user who is a delegate for multiple workers will fill in timesheets for them, but when they click "New" in stop/start the error below appears. It is stopping her entering anymore specific times for that line. Note that error happens for Just this timewriter, regardless of who she was timewriting for, project, category, date etc. I could not replicate and no other user has encountered this.

Now this was in our production environment, we took it over to our test environment and she experienced the same issue, again just her with the issue. Interestingly there was an extra piece to the puzzle, when we did the test in the prelive environment, the error appeared again, but it pre filled all of these times. Note the date of the timesheet was for this week (12/06/23 UK format)

Attempted Fixes

So far I have:

  • Reset user permissions (deleted roles and re added)
  • Redone delegates
  • checked to see her favourites in TW (none there)
  • Cleared usage data
  • Checked her system date (using todays date, no changes)

Currently I am stuck where to go with this. I dont want to go nuclear and re add her to the system, however this is very strange to me that its only happening to one person. Only thing i can think is its something to do with the calendar, but again its only affecting one person.

Thanks
