How to register and get the Redirect URI for Android Mobile App?

Hi, I m newbie in Dynamics CRM for Android phone and I'm trying to run the Activity Tracker sample, but application logcat show the below error:

1. SERVER_ERROR: IOException:login.windows.net/.../token

2. Request authority:login.windows.net/fccbac98-8c59-4d7b-b749-f193ec6a85ff resource:null clientid:c4f30bcc-3d25-4..........

the client id c4f30bcc-3d25-4.... i getting from my azure server when register the application.

Is anyone know how to correct step to setup and get the Redirect URI in azure server?
