How can i handle enquiry in ms crm

I have a scenario, where i need process for enquiry in ms crm with custom entities and after enquiry is done i want to convert it to customer , i mean any best solution in ms crm like we do standardly with lead  business process flow.

    Hi,

    You can create a custom entity called Enquiries and you can maintain some status in Enquiry like Qualify, once you change the status of Enquiry to Qualify, you can create customer/contact with help of the plugin.

    If you can create an activity like the customer onboarding task, once it is completed, you can use workflow to promote enquiry to a customer. This approach doesn't need any coding.
