I am configuring the email template.

For the email body, it is requiring to upload the email template by HTML format, how can I create it and update into D365FO?

Hi,

You can use any online html converter from Word.

Once done, you can save as .html file and then import.

Hello,

You can utilize Notepad to create the HTML email format. The .txt file can be imported as an email template.
e.g.
