Schema structure of smartlist "Sales-receivable transactions for GP2013"

Posted on by 930

Hello,

I am just wondering if there is a way to get the schema structure of the following Smartlist "Sales-Recevables Transactions" for GP2013.

The structure of the smartlist should be like the following file extension 'Receivables Transactions_10_SLB_xml'. So looking to get its contents

to be able to import it in the Smartlist Builder to have a to the SQL to be able to make the adjustment as need to meet our requirement.

So it will be great to hear from you in relation to where to get that schema structure.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

No XML file available for importing standard smartlist into GP.

For your scenario, just create a new SQL view with copy of original view(ReceivablesTransactions). Then create a new Smartlist with using the new view. So, both(standard and custom) will be same.

Note: You can export the new SmartList which you have created in above to XML and import it into any other GP.

    Hope this helps!!!

Thank you for the reply, but what I would like is to have that structure in .xml file to be able to import it into the Smartlist builder. So how to handle this aspect.

    Thanks!

You can view all the smartlist views in SQL server and also get the structure for those views.

    1. Go to SQL Server Management Studio(SSMS)

    2. Connect to your GP SQL instance.

    3. Left side pane, expand the Database-->Company DB-->Views to see the ReceivablesTransactions views.

    Hope this helps!!!
