After Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Service Update 138, we can not qualify a Lead

Hi,

After the update of February 15, 2020 I cannot qualify potential customers, it generates an error message,  Any idea of ​​the cause of the error?

    The error was already corrected, it was necessary to open a case with Microsoft, the error was caused because a Business process flow associated with the Lead record was not active

    Thanks for reaching out.

    We havent seen any issues reported so far with the service update 138. In case if its caused by patch this will be taken care from Microsoft support side. Mean while can you confirm if this issue specific to classic web or UCI?

    Also would request to raise a ticket with our Microsoft Dynamics support channel to help you on this issue.
