Report with std price of items?

I am trying to find a report that just lists a sites items, location and sale price. I cannot find anywhere to add the sale price column to any of the reports?

I would think easiest way is modifying an Item Quantity SmartList and link in the Item Price List table (IV00108). Prices are one to many and in some cases one to many to many more. And price levels are whatever you want to call them so not a natural relationship for a canned report. Inventory reports, especially those with location and quantity information are cost and layer based.
