Incomplete Purchasing Receipt

Hello,

It's me again.

I have another problem (of many to solve).

We have a Purchasing receipt that is "Posted", because it's incomplete.

  • The journal is posted (found in GL20000), not found on work GL10000/1
  • The receipt it's on table POP30300 and POP30390 but not in the History Detail POP30310 and other historic tables.
  • The whole receipt is intact on the work tables (POP10100, POP10110, POP10300, POP10310, POP10500, POP10390)
  • The PO is still on work, and open with no recieved items. But cannot select it to receive it again.
  • Transaction items did not go to Inventory, checked IV30300 and the sites quantities.
  • Check links does nothing to both registers on work and history tables.

All this indicates that the transaction posting was interrupted. Maybe a blackout or a disconnection.

Now my great dilemma is how to fix this.

Hope anyone can give me some light.

-Javier S.
