Hi Everyone,
As we are learning about the Dynamics 365 OOTB processes, stages and fields that exist in the different parts of the system (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc)
we realized that Microsoft have added several BPFs, stages and fields. Are these in alignment with any known CRM business process standards, frameworks or best practices?
If yes, please let us know which. If not would appreciate the guidance on where those recommended processes came from?

Yes, the BPFs are aligned with business process standards.
And you can also customize the BPF.
