How to identify custom tile records in Custom Channel Activity Entity

Hi,
I have two custom tiles, configured these in one customer journey. Have one custom workflow based on custom tile Have to do some operation respectively.

TWO Custom channel activity records are creating when contact goes through customer journey since having the two custom tiles. My issue is that how to identify the custom channel records for custom tiles?

Is there any field which is storing the custom tile? Probably which i am not aware of.

    Hi @Gampi Reddy,

    This might help. The entity type field on the Custom Channel Activity stores the entity which the custom tile is linked to.

    As you can see in my environment I also have 2 custom tiles configured, one is linked to a firetext messages and one is another custom sms entity.

    Yes, But what if two custom tiles are pointing out to same entities?
