Hi
I created a Segment from a Marketing List, I added some members but they don't show in the segment. I respected every tips on Microsoft Docs:
The Marketing List is static, the segment is live, I waited more than 30min and refresh...Nothing happens.
The only thing that I can see, is that the contacts have juste an email address, no First Name and Last Name.
Can be related to that? If not, do you have any suggestion plz?

creating a dynamic segment that shall return all contact members in a certain marketing lists is pretty straight forward.
In your segment start from the Marketing Lists entity, then filter e.g. by name to identify the marketing lists you are interested in and then traverse using the relationship listmember for contacts to the contact entity and return all those contacts.
If your lists contains accounts instead, you would need to select the listmember relationship for account and traverse to accounts. From Account you still would need to tell the segment how to select the desired contacts - e.g. through the primary contact relationship.
If your segment does not start returning any expected members, please check if see issues with segmentation in general on your organization. In that case we would be happy to help an look at the health state of your organization. In that case best would be to file a service request.

As per my understanding, could you please make sure under Marketing list -->Summary, whether the Subscription is set to True? that could be one of the reason.

Contact records without a first / last name are still shown in segments, I can confirm that.
So no it is not related to that.

If you would like to send emails to members in a marketing list,
just switch Segment source(in Segment tile properties) to Subscription marketing list when creating a customer journey.
The refresh rate is set to 60 min for Dynamic Segments, that's the reason why it takes long time to send marketing email from system.
You could read this post for how long does dynamic segmentation updates the member list, it included other previous answered post about this topic.
And could you share me a screenshot about your situation that "the contacts have juste an email address, no First Name and Last Name."?
