Post-Meeting Email with Recorded Session Link in Dynamics 365 customer insights journeys
Upload the Teams meeting recording to OneDrive or Stream.
Set the sharing permissions so attendees can access it (e.g., "Anyone with the link" or restricted to attendees' emails).
In Customer Insights - Journeys, add an email step after the event.
Include the recording link in the email content and personalize it as needed using dynamic fields.
Activate the journey to send the post-meeting email automatically.
