How can I add a new category to show in "Edit Columns"?? so that I may select that new category under "Edit Columns".

If so, unfortunately, this is by design and it can be added a custom category. You could post an idea here to progress this feature:

Yes. The menu shown is the area where it allows for the selection of those column, however I would like to custom by adding new column category to those selections. How is that done?

Thank you for your reply. Since this inquiry, I discovered that Dynamics is highly customized to the needs of the users and has multiple separate dbases which operate in the Dynamics system and each Dynamic dbase operate through links.
