Retail Individual shift per POS register

Hello Experts,

Thanks in advance...

I am using Dynamics 365 for operations retail, right now am having 2 POS registers both using same shift but I would like to have separate shift per POS register.

Please suggest me solution for this.

    Your question is little confusing. As far as I know, shift is unique to each terminal. When you keep two terminals open, can you what do you see in retailposbatchstagingtable in channel DB ?

    Hi Shafeeque,

    Thanks for you interest, I found the solution for my issue.

    In Hardware profile under Shared shift drawer option I had enabled this option for some testing purpose, so if i had a shift opened in POS 1 it is not asked me to create a new shift in POS 2 and it shared the POS 1 shift, now I turned off Shared shift drawer option, now both POS is asking me to create a new shift.
