duplicated transaction when print out the journal

Hello, 

I have a problem. I entered a journal entry in Dynamics GP this afternoon for the beginning balance and saved it not posted. later on , I find some problems than delete it and enter it again . but when i print out for review I find every accounts on the Journal entry have a duplicated record. do some body know the problem , thanks  a lot!

    If the beginning balance entry is dated in a historical year, the entry is showing you the impact on the historical year and then the impact on the beginning balance impact for the open year.  (The easiest way to prove this is what is happening is to compare a distribution to a P&L account.  You should see the first occurrence is to the P&L account as entered and the second occurrence is to the Retained Earnings account.)
