SQL-Error 15138 by Adding a NAV-User

The following error occures by adding a Window-user in Dynamics NAV.

15138, "42000" The database principal owns a schema object in the database and can not be deleted.

SQL:
{CALL [sp_revokedbaccess](?)}

Last weekend we executed all server-updates!

    find out which schema object the user that is being deleted owns.

    It could be the owner of the db and you have to change the owner to sa.
