Preference Center URL empty // Creating Preference Center shows no topics and purposes

Hello Community,

the dynamic text attribute of my preference center is always empty.
Do i need to add a link to the preference center somewhere manually?

I have one preference center and is is /active/ and /live/.
I tried to create a new preference center, but when i use a /Purpose/ or /Topic/ field, i cannot select any options:

Is this somehow connected? How can i access the direct link to my preference center?

Hi,

Based on the information you provided our team tried to reproduce your operation, but unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce your issue, here are some steps to hopefully resolve your issue.

Step1, create a "Preference Center", because if you choose "Default Preference Center" and "purpose" is empty then if you choose "Default Preference Center" and "purpose" is empty, then "purpose" cannot be selected when you use MKT form.

Step2, create an MKT email and set the "Preference Center" and add dynamic fields.

Step3, test the email.
