anyone can know why this error appear , kindly note that when I test async client connection everytime is failed , and I checked network of DBSERVER everything is okay but this error i don't know

    What i understand from the event viewer is that, POS offline sync service is not able to establish the connection.

    Can you please try test connection from RetailDatabaseUtility once again and save the same.

    Also, please open offlinesyncservice config file and verify the connectionstrings. once everything seems to be fine, just do stop and start the service.

    Hi Abdulrahman, 

    This error usually comes when you don't have properly setup your Offline configuration settings in Retail channel Database utility. 

    In your case, if you are not using Offline DB then uncheck below mentioned checkbox and stop the Offline sync service on your machine, then you will not get this error.

    Also you mentioned that the Test Async connection check every time failed, Is that something bothering you ? There are various reasons behind it's failure, hence kindly be more specific so that I can help you.
