Hi Folks,

I am having below error while posting retail statement.

While processing the state Customer order invoiced, generic exception encountered in retail statement 92421011-000484 in the controller : Cannot create a record in On-hand inventory (InventSum). Item number: JBBC104079.
The record already exists.

    Hi Usman,

    This should for sure not happen in a standard environment. Can you tell if you have customizations? E.g. a security policy on the table InventSum? Which user is used for posting the retail statements? What exact roles does this user have?

    Hi Usman,

    Does this issue happened on your Prod ENV? Is there any DB refresh recently? Have you try manually invoice the SO directly?

    For statement post issue, I suggest you create a new service request to Microsoft Retail support team, they will check the log and DB data and help unblock it next. hope this can help you.
