Transaction Import of Invoices with Installment Terms

I am testing importing AR Invoices using Installment Terms of 12 months.

No matter what I try I am getting a error that the Total of the Installment amounts <> the DocAmount.

The Total of the Installments keeps added a additional Install amount.

I am try to upload 12 equal installements of $10 for a Total of $120 but the DocTerms window keeps adding up to $130 even though it show only 12 installements of $10!

Arghhhh, I'm stuck and I cant get up! 

Has anyone successfully used TI to import Invocies with Installments?
