NAV Client stop working when export to excel

Hi,

I faced an issue which is the NAV Client is stop working when I export to excel.Refer to the screenshots attached.

This issue is only hit at the sales side (like sales order, sales invoice etc...), but purchase side is all working fine.
So may i know is there any setting I missed out?
Any suggestions on solving the above issue as mentioned?

    1- Check the Event Log for more errors or info's which can be connected to this crash (on the terminal server).

    2- Check .Net framework version on this client

    3- final option turn on debugger and step through the code until the last line where it crashes
