Hy,

you can usually change the approver if you go to the "Workflow history". At the bottom of the form are the worker listed who are currently assigned to the current work item(s). Here is also a button to reassign this work item to another worker.

Hy dip,

please go to "Workflow history" of the timesheet you want to change the approver.

On the bottom of the form you see the currant assigned work items. Go to the line you want tio change the approver and the select "Reassign".

In the next form select the worker you want to be the approver of the step.

Please check this MS docs site.

docs.microsoft.com/.../create-and-maintain-timesheets

Its for AX2012 but things are still the same in D365.

Hy dip,

just go to "All timesheets".

Select the desired timesheet which in state "review", then select "Workflow" and then history

After that you can change the apprpver at the bottom ofthe form.

If this does not work, may be your security role does not allow to change the approver.
